[CASE 1] Porter airlines flight retro credit (SFO>>YYZ>>YOW)

These flights were flown in mid Jan and early Feb.; boarding passes indicate AS mileage plan member....never posted as usual for AS. It was ticketed by porter. I submitted through the online forum after two weeks. Then called in early April to follow up. They had no sign of the online submission request. They opened a case; i submitted the infomration for the two segments for me and my mom. After two weeks - nothing....followed up mid april - they said they would complete it. All i see is a SFO >>YOW segment manually added then canceled in my acct. My moms only have the SFO>>YYZ segment. I called again, the agent said she would take care of it explaining we submitted the 4 boarding passes and both itineraries as proof of flights. They initially pushed back as the itinierary only had the YYZ segment "expanded " but clearly shows the connection to ottawa flight. They said they would add the segments. So after yesterdays call they STILL HAVENT posted the flights as they said they would. This should have posted automatically; yet i have now called 3 times about this issue and just get empty promises on posting it properly. I want some level of miles compensation for this insane runaround here....what about the people that arent on top of thier MP balances....talk about AS screwing over thier members for porter flights. I dont beleive these flights will all be honored and posted....

[CASE 2 - BA retro Credit - SUCCESS FINALLY!]

As part of yesterdays call; i inquired about the posting of the BA retro credit. Cuz the last two calls they didnt post them even when the notes say they accept the retro credit proof and only posted 3500EQM / RDM for a SFO>>LHR>>ARN>>LHR>>SFO in A and J class. The calculation is purely wrong. The agent came back and said this is the final posting and its not negotiable. I said the calculation of the credits per the old chart is completely wrong as its 250/450 for A class...not 200%. I asked for a supervisor. I indicated that it was for a round trip and the intinerary was for a RT. She did have the right earnings chart in front of her...it took an hour but she did do the math correctly and got the extra EQM and RDM. But the original agent not being trained enough to actually look at the issue and know the basics of this chance is frustrating....

The basics Alaska...the basics of promise in thier FF program which they should get right as its the place where they make the money. Lose the trust on the AS currency....lose on the balance sheet....
