Agreed. This is exactly my issue - the seats are tighter, the seats with knee space are going away. They all have foot jails, which sucks for tall people.
The irony is that the doors dont offer much privacy. I can see over them easily. IME, we're giving up space for minimal gain.

IME, the high yielding traffic that AA needs to support this flight aren't likely to be schlepping down from NY/NJ. DL offers JFK-ZRH as does LX twice daily for the *A loyalists.
