Completly agree. Wish we could- unmovable annual business event I need to present at the prior day, and a breakfast I'm speaking at the morning of departure. I'm not particularly worried about t-storms in a normal environment. I have enough layover cushion to deal with hour long delays. What I worry about is cancellation by UA due to being overwhelmed in any type of minor IRROP situation in EWR.
