I've flown from the LA Basin to San Diego many times in a Cessna that I fly often and it is really pretty on clear days. Very relaxing. I love seeing all of the boats out there on the water and just flying around down there. SoCal Approach keeps me busy with radio chatter, but it is a nice change in scenery from North Dakota where Im flying right now.
