My phone has a smallish 90W brick and it works fine inflight.
I use it to charge my laptop too (which only requires 65W)

I thought most airplane outlets were only around 70W but maybe they are higher these days.

The only power cycling issue is when it slowly falls out of the plug. The polaris seat plugs seem to be a bit better
