Tried to pre-order on the app, which failed so had to call in. Glad I did because when they got to my row, options for other pax were were "beef or nothing." Service on this flight began as openly hostile with a gradual descent towards merely indifferent after a few hours. In better news, they did have pillows and blankets waiting on the seats -- which serve as a nice cushion for the 321neo seats.
