Interesting thought exercise that is a real one for me this weekend (JAL F with Y/boxed catering due to catering strikes at HEL vs AF J out of CDG with bulkhead seats on refurbed 77W) both on miles (103k Avios vs 80k SkyPesos)
With ground services, then F.

Without, then coinflip. Probably J for daytime flight for a longer stream of food and drink service while I watch movies. I don't care about catering that much but I don't care about space beyond a lie flat pod either.
