Have others had similar experiences when crediting Japan Airlines marketed and operated flights, or other partner airline flights to Enrich?

When I first moved to Enrich in 2023 it took me over 3 months to get JAL flights to track - there was an issue around name matching - at that time the MAS ticket form or Enrich account profile (I don't recall which) had a field for 'Middle Name' which I duly used....as an airline ticket only contains First and Last name there was some inconsistency which for JAL in particular caused meltdown.
