Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a couple of data points regarding the time taken for Enrich points and elite points to credit.

Last month, I took a number of flights on Malaysia Airlines and Japan Airlines.

The Enrich points and Elite points for all my Malaysia Airlines marketed and operated flights credited within two days.

Alas, all my Japan Airlines marketed and operated flights have yet to credit. The first JAL flight was on 8 April and the last JAL flight of the trip was on 20 April.

I did call the Malaysia Airlines contact centre to ask how long it usually takes for Enrich points and elite points to credit on partner airlines. The representative on the phone said it was usually between seven and 14 working days.

I am going to give it a few more days before submitting a missing points claim. In line with ttmab's post, the representative advised would take between six and eight weeks to process.

Have others had similar experiences when crediting Japan Airlines marketed and operated flights, or other partner airline flights to Enrich?

Given the two airlines are not just oneworld members but also have a partnership alliance on Malaysia-Japan routes, it is curious the process as slow as it is.

Interested to hear of others' experiences and tips to resolve this issue.

Cheers.
