According to planespotters.net, FIN 136 (C-GYLY) will be the next 223. Who knows what's taking C-FDUY so long to be delivered.

On another note, C-FYKC has not been retired yet and shows no signs of being retired anytime soon. It has plenty of flights scheduled.
