I think the size of the rooms in Europe makes it difficult to accommodate three adults. I've stayed at the RI London Kensington, which normally have roomy suites, but it was the smallest RI room I've ever been in. Definitely no room for a rollaway bed, and I don't think the small loveseat was a sleeper sofa. Unfortunately, I don't think you can book their two bedrooms with points either. You might have to book two connecting rooms.
