BA824 DUB
BA828 DUB

I don't know the cause of the two DUB cancellations, 828 was done yesterday, 824 cancelled at the gate today.

And the run of good KPIs has also ended, quite a few delays in the system today. This was made worse by a landing at 15:52 which was then unable to vacate and led to about an hour of single runway operations. BA has 345 departures today out of 682, so quite busy.

Airspace
LFMM (Marseille) A number of regulations applied due to ATC staffing. Low to moderate delays.
LGGG (Greece) Several sectors regulated due to ATC Staffing Moderate delays

Weather: Another fine and very warm day, with scattered amounts of higher cloud. Dry at Heathrow, but a Low risk of CB mostly in the NW of the LTMA.Winds light E'ly at first (perhaps allowing for W'ly pref), before becoming gentle SW'ly in the afternoon.
