That said, Aeroplan directs me to the CIBC Visa call centre to resolve this. And (wait for it!) CIBC's CSR directs me back to Aeroplan. Sigh - Some great partnership they have!
So, I will just wait this out until the CSV file gets FTPd.
I'm also missing this month's bonus SQM.
It's happened to me at least twice before that I remember. Once was at year end and the bonus SQM would have put me over a major threshold. I spent a lot of time bouncing back and forth between CIBC and Aeroplan only to come to the realization that nobody understood that part of their program at all and couldn't help me. Eventually it will sort itself out.
