From a product specs point of view:
- 7" more leg room and wider seat
- separate cabin with max. 5 rows only
- power outlet for laptop
- more recline of seat
- first served with bar and meal trolly
- 1.25 BA Miles
- more hand luggage

cons might be
- no extra check-in line
- no fast track
- no lounge access...
... but to be fair it's still an economy product and a good one I can recommend.
