What is your Priority Club status? Diamond.

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yeah, it is one of the better airport hotels at LHR in my experience. Heathrow hotels seem to age fast, and this one is one of the newer ones. Not a perfect stay, though, more on that below.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked and received standard. Hotel was quite busy, though. Also to their credit, they upgraded me to a suite on a previous stay.

How are the rooms? The room is a bit Spartan for a CP, I think. But it worked for me. Bed is still fresh and comfortable.

How is the exec. lounge? The food is poor. No bread, just crisps in a CP? Two hot "dishes", mozzarella fingers and chicken bites. Meh. Two tiny starters which also were not of good quality. OTOH, they are generous with the drinks they pour. Staff is attentive.

What was good and what was bad? Good--received two drink vouchers, the welcome points, and restaurant breakfast als welcome amenities. The drink vouchers (I ended up using just one) are good for a pint of beer. Not great--food in the lounge, breakfast in the restaurant just okay. Bad--dinner at the bar (restaurant was closed already when I got there). I had the piri-piri chicken burger and the fries were def microwaved, not freshly fried. Burger also not good.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? Yes, I would return. The room rate was somewhere around GBP 100, and at that price point, it is good value despite the shortcomings I experienced.
