Some more datapoints on large purchases with several vendors - they track but don't post and after filing a missing request, they disappear into the ether for weeks to get denied with boilerplate "The merchant has concluded the research on this transaction and has notified us that this order is not eligible for rewards".

Smaller purchases with the same vendors track and either post automatically or get posted within days of opening a request.


The pattern is getting predictable enough that I'm wondering if Cartera is engaging in some shenanigans here. Feels like a United Healthcare strategy - don't bother reading or analyzing, just deny.
