In today's configuration I don't see the need for doors in the window odd numbered seats. However, I'd use the door every single time if I was in the even numbered window seats. I simply don't want anyone passing by that close disturbing my sleep (I'm a light sleeper). For me it's not a privacy issue (most ppl are above whatever height the doors would be), it's a sleep issue... I'm curious how the door would improve on this - the mild wind currents created by a passing pax's legs? I understand someone might duck into your seat area without a door to allow someone to pass, but I think generally people use the window seat walkway to do that.
