In todays edition of "Steaming Pile of Trash"-

I booked a flight, SEA-BOS roundtrip, simple right? Nope. After timing out twice while trying to book it I tried to pick seat. I was able to select seats but after check out my seats had changed to random seats in the aircraft. Log back in and switch them back...nope, the system moved them again. Had to actually call in and talk to an agent to select seats. The agent shared she has been there 20 years and has never seen it as bad as it is now. She said its just a guessing game of what IT system isn't going to work everyday.

She also said to be sure and monitor my reservation because she could not guarantee the system would not randomly change the seats again.
