With Uber, the AmEx credit can be applied even if the entire trip is paid with Uber Cash (yes, as long as AmEx card is also selected as "payment method").

Can the same be done with Lyft? It wasn't obvious when I had Lyft Cash enabled that I would get $10 CSR credit.
