I have an older Torq purchased in 2018. It was dropped at LHR and cracked the corner. The corner is "still there" but shattered.

I ike the. bag and it has worked well. Th e only repair has been to replace the wheels for $10. For some reason the outer rubber disintegrated on all 4 wheels.

Let's see what the reply is from BR for next steps.
