Comparing the cash + miles for the Delta I’m feeling a bit more comfortable using 135k with my UA reservation. I just looked to see if it went down and saw it went back up to 265k.
UA points are generally worth more than DL Skymiles, so your lower point redemption on UA doesn’t surprise me.
