My outbound was cancelled a few hours before departure and I was rebooked the following day, with a different routing (connecting, rather than direct), which took me to my destination exactly 23 hours later than originally scheduled
.
Filed a complaint following the instructions on the ITA website and received an apologetic, but very vague, email: no mention of compensation at all.
When I try to check the status of my claim online the link ITA provided directs me to an English language page and the reply is an obscure "
Dear customer, your case is managed."
The link I use is
https://www.complaint.ita-airways.co...language=en_US
Does anybody have the corresponding Italian language link ? Perhaps it is just a case of lost in translation.
