Yes. Extra baggage is a Star Alliance Gold benefit (except on LHG, AV, NZ lowest fares), seat selection at OLCI is provided in addition to the published benefits.

Very good. Much better than LHG, but not as good as AFKL (in Y).

If you're a *G, you will be able to choose seat.
