Being life time globalist- this is one of the worst trained staff.
The room is old. Even being upgrade to a suite it’s old and towel is way used (yellowish).
The wifi didn’t work and couldn’t fix. Even with extender it still didn’t work.
Staff ability to resolve and deal with issue is basically zero.
I stayed for 1 night, a few weeks ago. I also got upgraded to the suite and the Internet wouldn't work, they sent a Wi-Fi hotspot to use and it worked fine. The unrenovated rooms are old but I didn't think it was that bad and the lounge was nice. I had a good time there and for the prices it isn't that bad.
