I’m gonna guess that with the complete overhaul of all the flooring, carpeting, lighting, electrical and furnishings throughout the club, a total closure was warranted, as having work in progress while the club was open would have been bothersome. And to have work starting and stopping, in order avoid noise and interruptions ,would have been unfair to the crews and perhaps costlier than a temporary closure.
Count me as impressed with the new lounge decor and signature design!
