Flew yesterday BCN-FCO-LIN-BRI in business D, all AZ flights. Checked in the night before and got the last row aisle on all flights, when I tried to change them, I was asked to pay 19€ for any other seat, and 29 for the 1st row. No thank you. Just to mention, on domestic flights, on A220 and 2-3 configuration, AZ sells both seats on the 2 sides, so no difference between business and economy, but the 5x price. I am LH gold and I paid 380 o/w. Regarding the soft and hard product, it will be posted soon in another thread.
