Checked in and received my boarding pass for the first sector to Abu Dhabi. Even though I’m on staff travel I was pleasantly surprised to get fast-track security, which got me inside in a couple of minutes. With around 1.5 hours to go until boarding, I thought I’d check out the paid-for Lounge offering via Priority Pass, which is the Plaza Premium, however at the door I was advised there was a one-hour waiting list! I’ve signed up in any case, but for now I’ll have a little walk and check out the delights of T4.
