There's been a (small number) of additional clips cropping up on Insta etc and bits of it just look very plain compared with the renders (eg this podium in the photos) but maybe this isn't really that noticeable when you're out there or it all still feels premium. Any more feedback over coming days would be great.
The walkway looks like something in Orlando , WA, Conrad, etc or even worse , The Atlantis. And what is it all leading to ? some tiny south beach type exclusive lounge area

I can't imagine people going here who know anything about travel.
The market will be low propensity travelers who don't do a lot of research and have young kids. toddlers and elementary school aged
