HFP article yesterday suggesting that 45 of the 777s are now equipped. The fleet wiki suggests there are 57 777-300ERs in the fleet (48 if you exclude the ex-CX/VA 777s) so if the latter aren't being converted then there should only be a few left to do now.

That article also seems to suggest that there is both an A350-900 and 777-200LR fitted with Starlink that are currently being tested, so I suspect we'll start to see progress on that side of things soon as well.

A7-AMJ last operated FCO-DOH on 9th April and otherwise hasn't flown outside of a short test flight around DOH on the 20th April so could potentially be a candidate for the first Starlink-equipped A350.
