I stayed at The Palazzo 4/20 - 4/22 and arrived about 1:00pm at check-in. My room was not ready yet, but she gave me keys and would text the room number when it was ready. After wandering around for 1.5 hours I decided to head back to the check-in at the FHR counter and see what's up. A guy from the regular counter had me step over there, so I told him the situation and he said my room still wasn't ready but he could give me a double upgrade to a sphere view room on a higher floor (46th), I said "I'll take it"
