This worries me too. ITA changed my flight 4 times ending in a 40 minute connection arriving from Linate and leaving for Haneda. Called them, they even called back to provide an English speaking agent but refused to rebook on an earlier flight from Linate to Rome stating that 40 minutes is more than enough. This is all on one ticket in business class. I am curious whether this 40 minute connection is doable. We are beyond running age.
