No shortage of late night Yakiniku joints around Icky Book Row station. For gourmet-ish burgers, 18 burger to the north east of the station, under the expressway flyover is not bad. If you have the energy to go a couple of stops further north, Tokyo Aleworks taproom in Itabashi offers good craft beer and burgers. (At least it used to - They were closed because of staff turnover for a while earlier this year. I haven't been since they reopened).
