If all the changes were involuntary then I agree you should get the flights as flown, and at the 13.333 multiplier throughout. Or in some cases the 15 multiplier for travel before 1 April. But it's easy to see what they have done, which is essentially an ORC. If it's a material amount of Avios and nTPs then you best keep hassling them by telephone until they get it right.
