There are different grades of confidentiality really, aren't there.
And the place where you are can be very important too.
If I was on the board of a UK plc I doubt I would take or make any work calls in the open areas of GF or the CCR.

I think a CCR cabana would be a suitable choice, I don't generally use them on my own but my wife effectively demands one every time she is in and has never been denied to my knowledge.
