I was able to book 2 itineraries earlier today by calling in (still not able to book online). The agent had to call their supervisor each time to confirm the award redemption. Had to pay extra 30 CAD for each booking and unfortunately could not had those waived after asking and explaining that the tickets could not be booked online. Shame, but it is what it is.
