That's a CM question, but at least for United, each flight flown (i.e., including segments, or 2 flights going in one direction) on other Star Alliance carriers count each as a "flight" for purposes of premier qualifying flights on United. The exception is when the fare code on the partner airline doesn't qualify for partner credit. https://www.united.com/en/us/fly/mil...and-conditions
