No status with Delta but FB platinum (not Ulti either) -- just got an upgrade YYZ-jFK on a full flight. Did not see an upgrade list on the screen and dont have the DL app. I've been upgraded now 3/6 DL flights this year, all upgrades were to/from YYZ. Must be an incentive to continue visiting the US
