Reports of widespread power cuts in Spain and Portugal

A huge power outage seems to be affecting swathes of Spain and Portugal.

Local reports say there are traffic jams in the centre of the Spanish capital, Madrid, due to traffic lights not working.

All tran survices are stopped, with no departures from any stations
No statement from BA as yet,

SPAIN
BA460 from LHR-MAD is delayed (scheduled 13:10)

PORTUGAL
BA518 LHR-LIS currently delayed 4 hours
