Had a look on the interactive map and it still seems the indicate you can do it.
Enter T1 departures area airside. Go to the end where the escalators are, but turn left instead walking towards T3 inside T1, go to the end. Then go down an elevator, across and up another elevator and you come out near security in T3.
Does it work? Are there better directions?

I don’t recall that being the route during Covid. If I recall correctly, you followed signs to the lounges and before seeing signs to the 30 numbered gates which takes you into the long T3 corridor used by Ryanair.
