AA website was having issues. I fixed it in AA website but my passport info still shows incomplete on AA website. I went to the JAL side but theres no place to enter passport info. Is this done later during checkin on the website? Thank you
I lazily edited one field in AA website and resubmitted. Maybe I have to delete it entirely and reenter all info....
You enter the passport information as part of the booking process or as part of online check in.
But if your issue is a visa verification, the passport details alone will probably not fix it. But it is worth a try to get all the correct details in to the booking from the AA side, and see what happens.
