Used AA miles booked a QR DOH-HKG flight for non AAdvantage member. Have not had any issue to pull up the booking on AA site all along during several flight schedule changes and AA reissued ticket multiple times.

2 days ago got an email about flight change (departure time now an hour later) with a new AA ticket number. This is probably the 4th change since ticketed. QR site reflects the new AA ticket number. However when try to pull up the reservation from AA site whether directly using the link in the email or directly entering the PNR on AA site, it gives error saying unavailable, please call reservation. Granted the IP address trying to access the reservation is from Middle East. Not sure if this makes any difference because previous changes the IP addresses to access were from Europe albeit different countries.

Called AA and was told everything was fine. Reservation intact ticket good. On QR site the new AA ticket number is there.

No idea what is going on with AA online, given app day ago AA sent a reminder for Apr 29 travel yet it actually was a trip already flown on Mar 25 booked with AS miles.
