Regular Economy snack basket served before meal

Tried to pre-select meal several times before flight via app and email but received error each time. Did not call to fix. FEBO followed - I was last person to order in Row 3 (on 4 row A320) and received the last of the short rib.

Olive Oil Braised Short Rib - green peppercorn jus, potato gratin, quick ratatouille

Salad was abundant and fresh. I had never had this rendition of the short rib before and it was excellent - moist and flavorful. Potatoes were very good and vegetables were good too. Not sure what dessert was - maybe banana cheesecake? It was bland, only had a few bites. Would absolutely order this meal again, probably the best Delta short rib I have had.

Service was good, not super proactive but fast, responsive, and friendly.

Moderate turbulence for first hour due to storms - First Class service started right away but Economy service was delayed for 2 hours due to concerns about cart in the aisle. Very thankful I got the upgrade!
