Clocked it at 10 minutes from the D1 Lounge to B38 this afternoon...and that was walking at a brisk pace.
47 requires walking down the escalator - it's another 3-5 minutes depending on how fast you walk.
(also I walked out the wrong exit of the One Lounge last time)
