Honestly, AA should be ashamed ... This all started on March 31st, when AA cancelled my first return segment PGV-CLT. I initiated the refund request through the portal on April 1st, once I made it home. Pathetic that 1) I should have to ask for my money back for refundable fare for flight AA cancelled, and 2) that it took more than 3 weeks to process thru AA system. United and Delta process such things automatically, and well within a week.
As I've said before, I've had great experiences with the AA folks and on board, but all the other stuff sure leaves a lot to be desired.
