Just to update an old thread, currently have the same issue myself. Botched a few bookings, originally booked to stay in KL till 21st but checked out on the 20th. Checked in Sofitel Krabi on the 20th. Back home now.
App is saying Sofitel stay is ineligible for points as the stays overlap, the sofitel stay gives far more points.
Any advice on how to go about it? Accor customer service is terrible as usual.
