And it all continues... Have still not received my bags here at home! Talked to them earlier today, and they said that they would get the bags out today! But they haven't even called me yet...
And now when trying to call the luggage service, they are too busy so they ask you to call later!
This is certainly not the first time SAS enounters bad weather, and one would hope that their routines could be improved to respond to these kind of circumstances!
