This appears to be the result of a recent update to WY reservation system. Although BC fare class R is still displayed on the their website on multiple routes (also DEL, KUL, CGK etc), bookings are being made into Y. But for a brief period yesterday, tickets were issued correctly in J (R) and only via selected OTAs. However, this was not an OTA-related issue — the problem originates somehow from WY system.
