Having more options is always good. But honestly it would not be the end of the world for me if the Globalist breakfast is reverted back to the Club only. I guess it would matter more, though, if you want to order off the menu. About the only negative for me would just be dealing with the crowd and the table availability.

French Kitchen’s breakfast buffet is more extensive than the Club’s. But the disparity is not as significant as at, say, Conrad Tokyo or GH Hong Kong. Grand Club breakfast here has essentially the same selection of pastries, fruits and salad bar, and seemingly almost the same extent of Japanese offerings.

The service at the French Kitchen is also not attentive like at PH’s Girandole.

They have jasmine tea at the club but not downstairs at the French Kitchen.
