I'll be in J TATL, so not concerned there, but have a Hop flight within France. Seems like if it's only a little over, the fee is 20 euros,

I'm a little more concerned about the "combined weight of cabin bag plus personal items" up to 12 KG. . Do they weigh them together? Do CPAP's count?

I could always add more to my checked luggage, but sometimes they send the checked luggage down the conveyor belt before they weigh the carryon.
