I flew to NCE on Tuesday and came back yesterday. I find that cereal bar utterly vile and there's no way I'm eating that. It's not like LCY is awash with places to eat plus I don't really want to get there any earlier than I have to.
As it happens BA have sent me a survey about my outbound flight so I told them exactly what I thought... Hoping they send me one about the return too because that mini bag of crisps is beyond ridiculous!
Complain as well, they may throw you some Avios or an e-voucher.
Reading this thread it seems CityFlyer's catering at the moment is a mess. A CE traveller on a Band 1 breakfast flight gets a more substantial hot meal than a Band 3 cold salad lunchtime flight. How long until the ET sandwiches get enhanced away too?
